I hope not!
I am really determined to lose weight this time, actually I have to as I have a fatty liver and really don’t want it to turn in to something sinister and I have left it to long before doing something about it so I just hope I have saved myself just in time. Not only that but it would be great to actually be able to wear a t-shirt and not make some woman feel insecure about their chest lol!
I drink about 1-2 liters of water per day so I wonder if I will lose fat first or maybe I will lose the water first, not sure how it works, though I think I may lose the fat first seeing as I am “obese”.
So any way today is the first proper day I have started my new healthy lifestyle and it’s gone well thus far and I have enjoyed what I have eaten. The only thing is when it gets past 8-9pm I tend to get quite peckish and that’s when I would be most likely to slip up though I am trying to eat more fruity to curb that hungry feeling and in fact, I forgot how nice fruit can actually taste! I really need to get a smoothie maker because I’d really like to have a nice fresh fruit smoothie as part as breakfast.
15.2st today, I just hope I will be 15-14.8 by the end of the week, we’ll see!
